After reading Jane Wells‘ post on WordPress blog and ‘ Fight For The Future‘ article today, I realized how SOPA act would affect our life and daily work we do. Internet is the most democratic place and Government is trying to own it.
The Senate is scheduled to vote on the internet censorship bill on Tuesday, January 24th 2012.

To know in 5 minutes what does this bill do and what will be the affects , SOPA infographic has a very simple chart . This legislation will stifle free speech and innovation, and even threaten popular web services like Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook. This is starting in USA and will have global ripple affects very soon if this bill gets passed by US senate.
